Mykhailo Mudryk Free To Play

Mykhailo Mudryk is free to return to football with immediate effect following the conclusion of anti-doping proceedings brought against him by The FA. 

In January 2026, Mr Mudryk was sanctioned with a four-year ban following a positive test in October 2024.   

Throughout the anti-doping proceedings, Mr Mudryk has maintained that he has never knowingly used any banned substance or intentionally breached any rules. 

Mr Mudryk appealed the four-year ban to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in February 2026. 

Those proceedings have now been concluded, with Mr Mudryk immediately eligible to return to training, matches and team activities. 

Mr Mudryk was represented throughout the proceedings by Mike Morgan, Tom Seamer and Sam Comb.
