Jeremy Summers joined Morgan Sports Law as a Consultant in July 2026. He is a highly experienced business crime and sports regulatory lawyer who has been in practice in London and Hong Kong for over 35 years.
Jeremy has held a number of senior judicial and arbitral appointments within sport, including with World Rugby, European Professional Club Rugby, The Football Association, the Lawn Tennis Association and the UK’s National Anti-Doping Panel. He has substantial experience determining disciplinary, anti-doping, integrity and regulatory matters at both domestic and international level.
Drawing on his extensive experience as a white collar crime expert, tribunal chair, arbitrator and decision-maker, Jeremy advises athletes, clubs, governing bodies and other sports stakeholders in relation to compliance, criminal and regulatory investigations, prosecutions, governance issues and sports disputes.
