Sam joined Morgan Sports Law as a Paralegal in September 2021 and became an Associate in October 2024.
Sam acts on a wide range of sports related-disputes across the firm’s practice areas, with particular expertise in football matters. He regularly advises on compliance with the rules and regulations of football’s governing bodies and represents players, agents and other clients in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the English courts and national and international sports tribunals. He also frequently contributes to articles on developments in football law, and his work has been published in Football Legal, a journal dedicated to international football law.
Sam holds a first-class honours degree in History from the University of Leeds. He then attended the University of Law where he was awarded the Law First Scholarship and received a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law.
