Achta joined Morgan Sports Law in October 2022.
Achta was previously a legal counsel at FIFA and then the General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance at the Confederation of African Football (CAF). At CAF, Achta was in charge of all legal matters, including litigation before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Achta further dealt with assisting member federations in implementing their regulations.
